A new distribution depot for Bimbo Bakeries USA. MASS weighed alternative sites, reviewed the developer's plans at 30, 50, 75 and 100 percent, tracked geotechnical and material testing, and observed construction through 2025 to the one-year warranty visit in September 2026.
