Site and building design for a three-building, multi-tenant speculative retail and restaurant complex in Chamblee, Georgia. The building shells total 17,950 square feet across three structures of 6,250, 900 and 10,800 square feet. MASS provided architectural design, land planning and civil engineering, including utility design and stormwater management, along with renderings and elevations.
