The work
Fit-out of a leased building as a distribution centre for Bimbo Bakeries USA. MASS evaluated candidate sites, managed the landlord request for proposal and pricing, wrote the scope of work, and permitted the automated storage and retrieval equipment. Through construction MASS handled RFIs, submittals, schedule and subcontractor buy-out, and closed out with the one-year inspection in December 2025.
