A new distribution centre for Bimbo Bakeries USA. MASS compared several candidate buildings and sites, prepared the architectural and civil documents, coordinated permitting for the automated storage and retrieval (ASRS) equipment, and ran construction administration — change orders, meeting notes and regular site observation reports — from mass grading in 2024 through the one-year warranty inspection in 2026.
